Rich Skinner, for the past 18 years has worked as a management executive in the cruise industry with Holland America Line, and has co-owned an award-winning and successful travel marketing public relations firm.  Having introduced new ships for six different cruise lines, Skinner brings an in-depth knowledge of cruise and its potential.  Skinner has close and wide ranging contacts with a wide variety of senior cruise line executives, and is well known for his marketing and public relations prowess in the cruise industry.  He is often quoted in trade publications such as Travel Weekly and in consumer publications like the Vancouver Sun and Seattle Times.

 Co-founder, Steve Sibley, a President's Circle sales executive with more than 25-years of experience of selling advanced technology products at Hewlett Packard, and most recently its Agilent spin-off; brings a state-of the art knowledge of the technology industry and its applications to a retail cruise travel agency.  Sibley also possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and has been success with a variety of multi-level marketing organizations, most recently nutriceuticals.  Sibley also brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience translating immediately into the retail travel sales environment.

	Jan Milligan, MCC, DS Jan is a Master Cruise Counselor (MCC) which she has earned through extensive trainings, multiple ship inspections and lots of world wide cruising. She is also a Destination Specialist (DS) for Fiji, Tahiti, the South Pacific, and the Caribbean. Her start in the travel industry began many year ago as a flight attendant for PSA and Pan American World Airways where she first developed her real love for travel. She and her husband Don love to cruise, they have sailed nearly seventy (70) times. Their travels stretch from Alaska to New Zealand and around the world through Europe. Her favorite adventures are exploring ancient ruins and pyramids in Egypt, viewing wildlife in their natural habitat on Safari in Africa, and exploring the unusual rock formations of Petra in Jordan. Tracey Gilbert Tracey is our group specialist with nearly a decade of experience in the travel industry. She began her career at an agency specializing in travel to Hawaii. In addition to her vast knowledge of travel to Hawaii, Tracey is also a Tahiti specialist. Tracey enjoys arranging all types of leisure travel, both by cruise and by land. 	Marybeth Bryant Marybeth has been a travel consultant for 6 years but has traveled her whole life.
